Coral Shipping Corp success is being build on the dedication, expertise, and passion of our exceptional staff. The management together with every member of our team plays a crucial role in ensuring our mission and vision success.

Coral employs its professionals at its Alimos – Athens headquarters. Most of our staff has been working in the company or the company’s principals other business entities for the majority of their professional career. It has always been the preference of our principals to shape and develop professionals by recruiting young people and training them based on their educational background for the different positions and departments within the company, building up strong bonds among themselves and a family-like working environment.

Following the same principal, many of the shipboard personnel on our vessels have been with the company since they were cadets and have worked themselves through the ranks to the top positions of Master and Chief Engineer thus creating a core which runs our vessels and trains new recruits.

Working in a framework of mutual understanding, an excellent spirit of cooperation is being developed among individuals ashore and onboard, which positively contributes to the maintenance of high management and operational standards throughout the company. Everyone plays a personal, proactive and constructive role in their continuous strive for flawless, efficient, competitive and customer focused operations. Our shore professionals and shipboard personnel (officers and ratings) are our most valuable resource. They are the keystone of our constant progress and success, as well as, the foundation upon which any further expansion shall be based.
